Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement high-quality software using the latest technologies with a focus on building component-based, cost-effective, scalable, and secure solutions using design patterns to improve collaboration with other microservices /apps and promoting code reuse. Maintain the highest engineering standards in collaboration with product owners, architects, and stakeholders, in support of our systems and servicesâ?¯. Conduct and participates in peer code and design reviews. Education and Qualifications: Ideally 4+ years of professional software development experience. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript/Typescript, React, Node.js. Strong knowledge of the AWS cloud platform and experience working with AWS resources such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, Open Search, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, DynamoDB. Experience with version control using Git, build automation using Webpack, continuous integration using AWS Code Pipeline or similar, and test automation. Independent, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality code. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills using data to inform decisions and actions. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment with an ethos of continuous improvement. Ability and enthusiasm to learn new and innovative technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with other engineers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about innovating and learning.
