MRI Software is seeking a revenue-driven sales leader with a passion for success. We are looking for someone who wants to continue honing their craft as a sales manager with front line sales people as direct reports. This role will be leading Business to Business sales professionals focused on generating new business through the sales and marketing of MRI's Living Products: RentPayment, CheckPointID, Multifamily Insurance, Callmax, Resident Screening and others.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous sales management experience, ideally inside sales manager experience
  • Have hired, trained, managed a sales team
  • Find comfort in a high-growth organization with the support and structure of a Parent company
  • Energetic, charismatic leader who will stay on top of the team with experience continually monitoring and tracking and helping support fundamental KPI's
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (report generation and keep team data with a high level of detail and hygiene)
  • Experience selling a SaaS/Technology solution in a full sales cycle solution selling
