The HR Admin role will provide administrative support the Program Office with VMS Dashboard responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage VMS Dashboard
  • Assist with reconciliation of time files for weekly time processing
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Implement efficient filing systems
  • Manage HR-related documents and accuracy
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of ATS management
  • Manage work time efficiently
  • Advances MS Office
  • Taleo or other ATS required
