Job Description

Job Title: Clerk/ Helicopter Landing (HLO) Deepwater

Rotational Schedule: 14/14

Crew Change Location: Houma, Louisiana

Responsibilities:
  • Reviews information such as daily record of activities (log), records of materials received and used and reports from various workers.
  • Production daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and data entry.
  • Prepares and types of reports.
  • Create flight manifest for passenger movement.
  • Keep track of all personnel, dispatches field helicopters and boats.
  • Answers phones.
  • Responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers near aircraft.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all passengers on the manifest have been through the safety briefing.
  • Responsible for loading passengers and cargo on correct aircraft as listed on the manifest.
  • Maintain and report out POB outlook from all work groups on board (Operation, Drilling, and Construction etc.)
  • Work directly with IAP ensuring personnel are scheduled for flights for forecasted work on board.
  • Responsible for unloading passengers and cargo on inbound flights.
  • Ensures fuel loads are accurate as listed on the manifest.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production setting required.
  • Safe Gulf
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to build charts and tables at ease.
  • Possess strong clerical, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong production data entry & logistics experience.
  • Experience with materials coordination is a plus.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
