Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: 12-hour Days, Every Other Weekend; Holidays

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Recent Telemetry and Cardiac Monitoring Experience

License: Active RN License in MD or Compact State

Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- NIHSS

Must-Have:
- Cardiac Monitoring Experience
- Minimum 2 Years Telemetry Experience
- Passing Test for Cardiac Monitoring and Drug Competency

Job Description:
- Perform cardiac monitoring and manage anti-arrhythmia infusions
- Provide care for post-operative open-heart surgery, thoracotomy, AMI/STEMI patients
- Utilize computerized charting and medication scanning equipment
- Work in a 30-bed telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-6
- Navy blue scrubs as dress code
- Participate in a unit-specific training and orientation program, including two shifts on-floor orientation
- Potential floating to medical surgical areas if needed
- No on-call requirement and will never work alone
- Role includes every other week RN orientation with no guaranteed hours during orientation periods

Comments:
- Availability for the entirety of the contract is required, except where noted.
- Candidates should specify if they require time off during the assignment.
