Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Medical Technology sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination and timely launch of our digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. As an integral part of our Digital Marketing team, you will not only play a crucial role in project management and inquiry management, but also a broad range of digital marketing activities including campaign planning and execution, e-mail marketing, social media, marketing technology, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Leadership: Take the lead in project management, developing project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential bottlenecks or delays, maintaining open lines of communication with all project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project status and adjustments as needed.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Digital Tool Management: Manage operational tools including Smartsheet, Bynder, Campaign Cockpit Tool, Release Tool, and Percolate for project creation, tracking, approvals, and reporting.
  • Customer Inquiry Management: Manage inbound inquiries, ensuring customer requests are triaged in a timely manner.
  • Team Support: Support a team of 6 professionals in achieving digital marketing goals.
Required Education & Expertise:
  • Recently graduated or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications, e.g. working student, student assistant.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management and communication skills.
