Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, conducting research to identify potential investment targets and assess market conditions.

- Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring financing deals, including debt and equity investments, while ensuring alignment with investment objectives and risk parameters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
