Job Title: Telematics Call Center Agent

Location: Wendell, North Carolina

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring candidates to work morning shifts following Eastern Time. The current office location at Wendell, North Carolina office. A Telematic Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to telematics services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to telematics services.

• Provides technical support, troubleshooting issues, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with account management.

• Helps and supports for users of telematics systems. They are responsible for answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on how to use telematics technology effectively.

• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and a one-call resolution.

• Ensure all customer records are updated accurately.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications:

• With at least 1 year of experience working in a call center role is mandatory and technical support of Telematics service is strongly preferred.

• English Native Speaker

• Must have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

• Empathy and understanding toward customers' need and concerns

• Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software application

• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Wendell, Carolina while following Eastern Time.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Eastern Time).

$20 - $25 an hour

$20-$25/hour, depending on experience
