Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst to support and optimize ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.

This role involves conducting testing, creating training materials, and providing hyper-care for end-users.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM functionalities and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in customer-designed ITSM processes, including service catalog, service portal, and related integrations.
  • Conduct end-to-end ServiceNow testing for SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Document technical and UAT testing scenarios, identifying required CMDB data to support testing.
  • Create and execute UAT testing scenarios for automated testing frameworks (ATF).
  • Troubleshoot and triage failed UAT test scenarios, documenting defects as needed.
  • Test defects and stories during the SIT phase.
  • Deliver application and process demonstrations and trainings to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct live and recorded training sessions, including material preparation and voice-overlays for various audience sizes.
  • Create procedures and training materials for end-users.
  • Provide post-migration hyper-care support for end-users.
  • Support other ITSM business analyst and process improvement needs as identified by management.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing in SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Proven ability to document testing scenarios and create training materials.
  • Familiarity with CMDB data requirements and automated testing frameworks (ATF).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to conduct effective training sessions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in creating live and recorded training sessions with voice-overlays.
  • Proficiency in creating end-user procedures and documentation.
  • Previous experience providing post-migration support and hyper-care for ServiceNow implementations.
