Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise:
  • Proficiency in developing and customizing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience using Dynamics 365 for CRM systems, particularly for case management and tracking client services.
Microsoft Power Platform Skills:
  • Practical experience with Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications using .NET and other languages.
Project Management and Maintenance:
  • Capability to take over ongoing projects from external vendors and manage subsequent maintenance and enhancements.
  • Familiarity with Azure for cloud services integration is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
  • At least three years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a government or large enterprise environment is a plus.
Education and Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are advantageous.
