About the Role

As an experienced PRN Sonographer, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full-time position and is based out of our New York Clinic.

Ideal Schedule: 7am-12pm Monday Wednesday Friday & 8-10am Saturday (every week/or in a rotation of 3) - open to discussion though

Responsibilities:

  • Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment.
  • Provide sonogram and oral or written summary of technical findings to physician for use in medical diagnosis.
  • Act to ensure the continuity of care through effective interactions with other departments.
  • Monitor supply stock to ensure adequate reserve.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on ultrasound and medical equipment, troubleshoots malfunctions, and promptly reports deficiencies to management.
  • Adhere to all standards, policies and procedures associated with safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and company operation
Who you are:
  • ARDMS in OB/GYN required
  • Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification.
  • Diploma or certificate of completion from an accredited medical sonography program.
  • At least one to two years of experience in a relevant role; experience in women's health is required; experience in fertility is strongly preferred.
  • Two to three years of undergraduate education or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to learn ultrasound guidance for surgical procedures.
