Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator out of our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this role, you will enhance our Compliance function by improving our monitoring and reporting capabilities. Your efforts will ensure timely and accurate submission of all environmental compliance filings and certifications, directly supporting our mission to serve our customers and uphold our regulatory commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Compliance, Engineering, and Operations teams to collect data, draft reports, and facilitate the review and submission of environmental compliance filings and certifications.
  • Global Filing Management: Develop and maintain a global calendar for all compliance filings, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison within the Legal and Compliance team for all environmental compliance-related inquiries and submissions.
  • Timely Survey Responses: Ensure all customer surveys and requests for compliance data are completed promptly, thoroughly vetted, and returned to customers with accuracy.
  • Supplier Survey Oversight: Oversee regulatory requirements for supplier surveys, ensuring timely completion, thorough vetting, and appropriate documentation for future reference.
  • Platform Familiarization: Collaborate closely with supplier survey tool owners to understand and optimize the platforms and processes in use.
  • Ongoing Due Diligence Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and review of the supplier third-party due diligence platform, working in tandem with Operations to ensure alignment with supplier monitoring tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 2.80
  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must live within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
