Job Description

The Business Relationship Manager manages a portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business development and retention.
  • Credit analysis
  • Loan structure design
  • Risk management
  • Community involvement
  • Ensure the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and initiate new client opportunities as well as identifying and researching opportunities to build and develop new and existing client relationships.
  • Actively cross sell appropriate banking products to new and existing customers and refers clients to other banking areas for additional needs.
  • Provide loans and financial services for businesses that have annual revenue from $3M to $20M.
  • Typically manages a loan portfolio over $30M.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & 5 years' experience or 9 years' of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the credit administration and lending functions.
  • Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate.
  • Experience with business development activities.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Sales Experience
  • Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment.

Pay Range

Pay Type: Exempt/Salaried

Minimum: $80,000.00

Midpoint: $114,400.00

Maximum: $148,700.00

Note: The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, time-off, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
