Job Description:

- Assist in accounting, human resources, customer service functions as well as other duties as assigned
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
- Support accounting department with invoicing, data entry, and reconciliations
- Assist HR with onboarding processes, employee records, and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions while on the phone
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and agenda preparations

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- General office knowledge
- Flexibility to work overtime hours when needed
