IT Analyst

Eleven Recruiting is hiring a IT Analyst - SAP to support IT operations for a major aerospace manufacturing client in Simi Valley, CA. This role focuses on providing technical support for hardware, software, and applications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve process efficiency and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software in a production environment.
• Supporting SAP software in terms of installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Configuring SAP application solutions to improve operational efficiency and workflow on the production floor.
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to document SAP-related IT solutions or interfaces with production systems.
• Ensuring data integrity and system functionality, which could involve working with SAP modules tied to production.
• Support application solutions that improve efficiency.
• Perform backups, maintain asset inventory, and document IT processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement and support IT solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting SAP, with customer-facing roles.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and supporting IT systems.
• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., SQL, Shell scripting).

• Microsoft or CompTIA certifications.
• Experience with Jira, Power BI, or in a manufacturing environment.
