Description

Manager - Healthcare Industry Insights & Analytics (Adivo Associates)

As a Manager, you will be required to address the following:

  • Working to solve complex business problems and make recommendations to address them
  • Leading the fulfillment of consulting projects focused on international healthcare markets. This requires prior experience in similar roles. It also requires close collaboration with other consultants and project managers located in any of our global offices
  • Project management of more than one project - on time, under budget, at international consulting quality standards
  • P&L and resource allocation responsibility at the project level
  • Collaborating/Supporting in business development initiatives. This will require working closely with the Principals and Partners to generate new business opportunities for Adivo, design and write proposals as well as present Adivo consulting services to clients globally
  • Exposure and participation in international industry meetings with presentation opportunities
  • Interaction with opinion leaders, other healthcare professionals, industry players, as well as industry associations and national agencies on the thought leader level (peer-to-peer engagements)
  • Develop and/or oversee the development of the market and financial models as well as product adoption and usage models at the expert level
  • Preparing compelling client presentations, working with project teams on both sides to liaise with client and internal team(s)
  • Presenting presentations to clients to work through strategic options and recommendations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role in the Healthcare industry or related professional services firms, as well as being fluent in another language besides English.
  • An advanced degree in a medical, scientific, and/or business discipline (PhD, MD, Pharm.D, MBA) a plus
  • Experience in management consulting, international healthcare marketing or BD, product development, business intelligence, competitive intelligence, Market Access, and/or clinical research
  • Flexibility to work within a growing, interdisciplinary team, including working remotely across different time zones
  • The ability to be self-motivated, to work conscientiously, and to apply your intellectual curiosity effectively
