Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: 5x8 Day Shift, 9am - 5pm
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2 years med surg and tele experience, 1 year Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) experience
License: Registered Nurse (RN)
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must-Have: Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and pass telemetry test with 85% or better.

Job Description:
- Work primarily with mixed IMCU/neurology/med-surg patients.
- Care for a patient mix comprising high neuro, medicine, and cardiology cases, including chronic vents and trachs.
- Manage high acuity heart failure patients.
- Utilize auto medication dispensing systems effectively.
- Patient ratio averages 1:3 in IMCU and 1:4 or 1:5 for med/surg level of care.
- Demonstrate proficiency and comfort in neuro care, MI, and trach experience.
- Follow every other weekend and holiday rotation.
