Are you an experienced insurance professional who enjoys sales, but not prospecting? CCI is hiring for an inbound sales position to manage and close quality leads that come in daily for workers compensation and ultimately lead to writing the whole account. The position is salary plus commission.

CCI Insurance is a commercial insurance agency that specializes in high-risk, high-frequency claims clientele. We focus on customers in the construction, manufacturing, logistics, development, healthcare, hospitality, and marine businesses. We like to call it dirty, heavy, and wet. We are seeking experienced 2-20 licensed agents with insurance experience in writing worker's compensation, general liability, and auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads and inquiries, converting them into clients.
  • Collect detailed risk and underwriting information, including application data and loss history.
  • Deliver formal proposals of insurance, covering all necessary details.
  • Collaborate with service personnel or marketers for company submissions and market selection.
  • Conduct client and prospect calls, presenting proposals and cross sell effectively.
  • Maintain pipeline reports and attend all required sales meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry developments through trade press and insurance carrier training.
  • Achieve annual sales objectives as outlined in the producer sales plan.
  • Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by agency management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to write worker's compensation policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not necessary.
