Position Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and curious individual, who is interested in growing professionally and developing their skills to become the next generation of leaders in technology. If you like to be involved in a little bit of everything but most importantly, love to learn, this may be the position for you. Supporting infrastructure that drives automation, process improvement, and stability across all platforms and applications. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to learn innovative technologies, understand practices like DevOps, and practice implementing solutions by adopting industry best practices. You will help us find new ways to make our processes more efficient and consistent. Research and develop "proof of concepts" to help solve existing business and technical problems.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Support SaaS base cloud infrastructure, like O365 and SharePoint.
- IT Asset Management and Tracking for Onboarding/Offboarding.
- Distribution of Hardware and receiving returned hardware.
- Help develop Solution library.
- Document and present solution designs to supervisors and other members of the team.
- Support of Windows, Microsoft 365.
- Deploy, support, and secure endpoint devices in a distributed network.
- Document process and procedures for IT and non-IT staff.
- Assist users with software and hardware issues.
- Perform basic computer hardware repairs.
- Ability to travel occasionally to off-site locations.
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned.
- An interest in learning Cloud infrastructure.
- Personal research, academic learning, or hands-on exposure to Azure, more specifically an understanding of Azure Cloud services
- Passion for problem-solving and analysis.
- Perseverance to drive a hard problem to the conclusion under supervised guidance.
- Academic or hands-on experience with one or more scripting/programming languages, powershell.
- Troubleshooting skills for Outlook, Teams, Excel, and various Office plugins.
- Obtain Microsoft certification in the one or both of the following within 12 months:
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- A collaborative and challenging environment
- To be surrounded and supported by our diverse, passionate, and talented technology and management team.
- Engagements and interactions with senior leadership
- Training and development of skills in your area of work with some of the best technology experts in our industry.
- Ability to work remotely with a secure and reliability internet connection.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Ability to work on-call schedule if required.
