Job Summary We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. You take pride in providing high quality patient care and effective communication with patients. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skills in conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and managing patient care plans. It is also essential to show strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Experience in women's health and/or geriatrics specific to primary care is preferred. 2 locations are available for hire: Deltona, Fl and Lake Mary, Fl.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.

Clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.

Develop and manage treatment plans.

Provide patient education and counseling.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Be Compassionate and patient-centered care approach.

Clinical Experience:

Experience working in primary care settings minimum 1 year (clinic, hospital, etc.)

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing.

Valid Nurse Practitioner license.

Accredited NP program completion, with a focus on Primary Care.

Excellent communication and patient management skills.

Strong ability to work independently and in a team.

CPR certification

Valid Driver's License
