About the Role

Our client in Rochester, NY, is seeking proactive, customer-focused Event Staff to represent their brand at various retail-based events and promotions. In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, sharing product information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while working to meet sales goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers at retail locations to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Set up branded pop-up kiosks and event stations to capture the public’s attention.
  • Represent the client’s brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Address customer inquiries and handle minor objections with confidence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively engaging customers and upselling products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales, providing valuable insights.

Requirements
