Physical Therapist - PT - SNF

Job Description:

If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, in Walnut Creek, CA this position might be what you are looking for

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, and other personal care to residents
  • Conduct physical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Maintain patient records, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and use therapeutic equipment to assist in-patient rehabilitation
  • Educate residents on exercises and recovery strategies, assess and address physical problems.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Must have an active Physical Therapist PT license
  • Current BLS / CPR Certification
