We are seeking a OT or PT to support our Adult Day Program. Reporting to the Executive Director of Adult Services, this role will support Laradon’s mission by w orking collaboratively with staff, guardians and providers to coordinate and oversee the specialized needs of the individuals served in Laradon's Adult Day Program to ensure efficient and prompt health care services are provided. No day is ever alike but you can generally look forward to the following responsibilities: Write and/or Review Transfer/Lifting Health Care Plans regularly Quarterly wheelchair check Hoyer lift training for new staff Annual check in/retraining for current staff As Laradon is a small employer and employees work in a collaborative, team environment, employee must be physically present in the office to perform his/her job functions. Other duties as assigned.
