MLee Healthcare is currently seeking a proficient and motivated Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our imaging department, you will be instrumental in providing accurate and high-quality ultrasound scans essential for aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients.
Shift Details for an Ultrasound Tech:
- Saturday - Wednesday
- 7:45a - 4:00p
- Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and musculoskeletal studies.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, addressing concerns, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the examination.
- Operate ultrasound equipment proficiently to obtain clear and detailed images for interpretation by radiologists and physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Associate degree or certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
- ARDMS (AB) certification (RDMS) or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of ultrasound procedures and interpreting results accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
