Role: .Net Core and Angular Tech Lead
Type: FTE
Location: Austin TX (5 days onsite)

Must have skills: .Net Core, Angular and AWS

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core and Angular, as well as experience leading a team of developers. The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development of software solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from onshore and offshore to understand their needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines
  • Ensure that software solutions are delivered on time
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers
  • Mentor and train junior developers
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
  • Ensure that software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that software solutions integrate seamlessly with other systems

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in .Net Core and Angular
  • Experience leading a team of developers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code coverage, code reviews, Snyk validations and testing.
  • Experience with AWS cloud technologies
