Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.- Ambulatory Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.- Three days in clinic and two days per week in surgery with dedicated OR time- Many procedures performed in clinic including Cystoscopes, ultrasound, prostate biopsies, BCG, etc. excluding vasectomies- Average outpatient clinic volumes: 15 - 25 per day- Call 1:2 with residents taking first call- Inpatient rounding as needed- Minimum two years teaching and leadership experience Compensation/Benefits - Health Group strives to create a flexible and realistic work-life balance for our providers.
