As an Automation Engineer at TMC, you will team up with your co-workers to design and implement automation solutions for challenging projects. And ensure the safety of infrastructure users for clients You will take part in the following challenges:Developing and implementing SCADA-based solutions: prepping them in a lab environment, installing and commissioning them on-site, and providing User and Admin training sessions. You’ll identify, log, describe, escalate, and follow up on issues. And provide documentation for the installation built (As-Built/User Manual).Listening to and understanding clients’ expectations, communicating with the client, and understanding the daily operations of the automation system.Documenting designs and optimizing them in collaboration with the client.Participating in test set-ups for demo, exposition, and/or product validation.Updating post-intervention site documentation (software release, installed base…)Come analyze clients’ user requirements and create the most suitable technical solution for the job. At the same time, you and your colleagues will be responsible for first-line corrective maintenance within the SCADA software. | What do we expect from you?You’re an Industrial Engineer specializing in automation or have proven experience to match that degree. You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automation experience (think SCADA and PLC programming).Good knowledge of GUI software development in a Windows environment (.NET, XAML).
