We are a dynamic, family-owned company seeking a talented Acumatica ERP Specialist to enhance our team. You will play a vital role in optimizing our internal Acumatica ERP system by focusing on process improvement, user support, training, and ongoing enhancements. Responsibilities

System Administration

  • Work alongside our support partner to maintain the Acumatica Cloud ERP system and associated applications.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure both stability and security.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly, including submitting help tickets as necessary.
  • Coordinate and implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Organize and execute integration initiatives between Acumatica and other business applications.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Acumatica Roadmap, featuring a prioritized list of desired fixes, enhancements, and dashboard requests.

Business Analysis

  • Work collaboratively with various departments to understand their business needs and requirements as the company expands.
  • Examine current business processes and workflows to pinpoint areas of inefficiency.
  • Document detailed business requirements and specifications to guide system enhancements.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Assist in designing and implementing new Acumatica ERP modules and features.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create instructional/support materials for end-users.
  • Develop customized inquiries, side panels, dashboards, and forms as needed, aligned with the Acumatica Roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience as a System Administrator and/or Business Analyst, preferably with Acumatica Cloud ERP.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Acumatica Cloud ERP.
  • Proficiency in database management, query development, and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
