Summary: This position is responsible for designing, assembling, and troubleshooting of technology solutions related to the infrastructure (network, telecommunications, database, desktop, server, storage, software), including the definition, development and maintenance of procedures, as well as analyzing and implementing new processes and techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and supporting complex contact center solutions and call routing that incorporate technologies such as
    • Avaya Voice and Contact Center
    • Avaya Elite Multichannel
    • NICE Call Copy/Uptivity
    • NICE Workforce Management
    • AWS Connect
    • Tether
  • Managing VoIP telecommunication systems, including call processing, voice mail, and contact center solutions.
  • Managing the provisioning of our smartphone and Wi-Fi hotspot devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP-related issues. Ensure high call quality and system availability.
  • Maintain and configure analytic reporting.
  • Able to participate in risk assessments and technical audits.
  • Leverage reporting and analytical data to create effective technical solutions that solve business requirements.
  • Perform regular design reviews and able to develop test plans and procedures the leverage industry best practices.
  • Coordinate and consult with business and technology teams to plan, prioritize, and complete projects.
  • Engineer multi-vendor solutions that are fault resilient with integrations that span vendor platforms.
  • Staying current with technology trends to recommend and effectively manage our product portfolio in support of business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to create effective partnerships across enterprise technology functions to maximize alignment, efficiency, cost optimization, investments, and delivery.
  • Develop technical standards and guidance for company’s portfolio and applications.


What You’ll Bring To The Company:
  • Ten or more years of experience in designing and implementing complex call routing utilizing Avaya VoIP telecommunication system and call center solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • Preferred experience with agile methodologies and practices
