Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management: Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including the full process of goods receipt, classification, storage, and shipment management.
Order Processing: Assist the sales team with handling customer orders, managing inbound and outbound orders, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt and shipment of goods, and tracking order logistics status.
Platform Operations Support: Assist in managing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the transportation of goods and address potential issues during logistics, such as delays or damages.
Customer Service: Provide order inquiries and after-sales support for corporate clients, resolving their questions and concerns.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in organizing and analyzing sales data, generating reports.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory to ensure data accuracy and timely system updates. Conduct regular inventory analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in a retail or Operation-related role preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Bilingual required (Mandarin and English).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
