We are seeking an experienced Analytical Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical training and analytics, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field.

The Analytical Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our team members. This role requires a deep understanding of analytical tools, techniques, and best practices, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful application of training.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytical techniques and tools, and integrate them into training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-15 years of experience in technical training and analytics.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective technical training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
