The Division of Hematology/Oncologyat UMass Memorial Medical Center and the UMass Chan Medical School is a growing Division of34board certified physiciansand 21 advanced practitioners.We are currently seeking aNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our HematologyOncology teamin a full-time capacity.
Major Responsibilities:
Classical Hematology group at Simonds-Sinon Regional Medical Center
The PA/NP will evaluate and treat patients with hematologic conditions, ranging from benign to malignant
Collaborate with a team of PAs/NPs in Oncology and Hematology to care for patients in Leominster/Fitchburg
Work alongside Classical Hematology Attending physicians
Bone Marrow Biopsy and Aspiration training available for interested candidates

Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:
A Bachelor's degree and Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current Massachusetts license, issued by the Physician Assistant Board, and current NCCPA certification.
If prescribing medications is included in clinical duties and privileges, Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
