About Us: Rood Family Office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment dedicated to managing the personal and professional affairs of the executive team at Rood Family Office along with family members. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of all family and business activities.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executives and family members. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and family members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, family members, and external parties. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing family and business events, including logistics, invitations, and on-site coordination.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all records are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Project Coordination: Support various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Personal Assistance: Provide personal support to family members as needed, including running errands, managing household tasks, and coordinating personal appointments.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
