How you'll create opportunities in this End User Systems Technical Analyst role:
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Supports end-users with prompt and courteous technical assistance.
- Participates in the 24/7 on-call support rotation.
- Installs authorized software to firm desktops and laptops.
- Helps with office moves, new hires, and terminations.
- Configures hardware and peripherals for new hires and on-boarding tasks.
- PROCESS ANALYSIS / RESOLUTION
- Resolves escalated incidents while delivering exceptional service to all end-users.
- Documents communication, problem analysis, and resolution in incident tracking system.
- Maintains technology inventory according to defined processes.
- Tracks and analyzes documented incident trends.
- Two-year degree required - Degree in information technology preferred. Some experience in IT and current enrollment in two or four-year degree program acceptable in lieu of degree.
- CompTIA A+, MCSA: Windows 10 preferred.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Usage of support ticketing systems preferred.
