Contract Type: W2, C2C Location: Atlanta, Texas or Ohio (100% Onsite) Duration: 12+ months (Possible extension) Pay Range: $40 - $50 Per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a Sol Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on designing, developing, and delivering data, analytics, and master data management systems to support various business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business processes to design solutions and automations, alongside a strong background in collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify trends. This role involves partnering with both business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and user acceptance testing of these systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver data and analytics solutions supporting business processes. Collect, interpret, and analyze data to identify patterns and trends. Document business/functional requirements and create test scripts. Participate in implementation projects including requirements documentation, functional design, and UAT support. Partner with technical teams to ensure effective system development and testing. Must-Have Skills: Deep experience in data analysis and data profiling. Strong experience in advanced SQL. Hands-on experience with data modelling (Conceptual, logical, and physical). Industry Experience: Preferred candidates will have prior experience in data analytics within any industry, with a preference for those with a background in business analysis or a related field.
