Responsibilities: • Be the Go-To Expert : Sit down with clients, dive deep into their financial needs, and offer them custom-tailored home financing solutions that fit like a glove. • Own the Process : From the first consultation to the moment the keys are handed over, you’ll manage the financing journey with efficiency and a personal touch. • Stay Ahead of the Game : You’ll be the market guru, always in the know about the latest mortgage trends, interest rates, and financing options so you can deliver the best advice to your clients. • Build a Winning Network : Grow your pipeline by fostering strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, builders, and other professionals to drive referrals and leads. • Master Financial Analysis : Analyze clients’ financial backgrounds—income, credit, and more—and match them with the perfect financing options. • Keep It Compliant : Ensure that every deal follows industry regulations and company policies, protecting both you and your clients. • Be Their Trusted Guide : Provide constant updates and support, ensuring your clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. Qualifications: • Licensed & Ready: You hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in line with NMLS regulations. or have the motivation to get one. • Skilled Communicator : You have a talent for simplifying complex processes, making it easy for clients to understand their options. • Sales Expert : You’re driven by results, always hustling to generate leads, close deals, and hit your goals. • Detail-Oriented : Precision is your middle name—you keep every detail in check to ensure smooth transactions. • Tech-Savvy : You’re comfortable using the latest software to manage mortgages and keep everything running smoothly. • Problem Solver : No challenge is too big—you’re always ready with a creative solution to make things happen for your clients. • Client-Obsessed : You’re dedicated to delivering an amazing experience for your clients, building relationships that last. Compensation: $122,500+ at plan commission

$122,500 per year
