  • Accurately read work orders and follow oral instruction to pull parts and materials of various sizes and weights for jobs.
  • Issue and return materials to jobs.
  • Complete periodic cycle counts and inventory when needed
  • Enter inventory transactions (in or out) directly into computer system
  • Identifies materials needed for staging orders for the next operation.
  • Performs and reports cycle counts and reports inventory inconsistencies to Team Lead.
  • Pull and put away all material accurately.
  • Run material routes throughout the manufacturing plant.
  • Organizes stock using forklifts/ pallet jacks, pallets, etc.
  • Documents orders, materials, and any stock movement.
  • Deliver product items to designated staging areas/workstations.
  • Helps monitor first in-first out control of inventory to production.
  • Supports dept. goals and objectives for quality, production, and equipment maintenance.
  • Complies with all established safety/ housekeeping procedures and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate required
  • Experience in parts or inventory tracking required
  • Production experience with high attention to detail and organization
  • Must read and write English (bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
  • Computer knowledge - Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visual or other ERP system
  • Forklift certified (specifically cherry picker/high rise)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to stand and walk full shift
  • Ability to move freely, be agile and flexible and able to be agile, flexible to bend, stoop, squat, reach into, over, and under shelves, bins, baskets, and racks.
  • Ability to work effectively under general supervision
