PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Receives items by unloading vehicles; accepting deliveries; unpacking containers Receive and process deliveries through SAP: Goods Receipt PO Goods Issue Inventory Transfers Verifies items/counts against the record of shipment Inspects package conditions Noting discrepancies Stock/Label in bin locations Properly label Demo/Inventory Equipment Pick pack and ship orders when required Schedule LTL shipments Crate Machines Process returns to stock/process returns to Japan RMA (return merchandise authorization) shipping/process control Coordinate with the Service Group for RMA activities Assist Service Group with parts/general requirements Receive, log and properly store customers product samples, dispose as required Help prepare tradeshow items Shipping crate Inventory packing list, etc. Assist Engineering Group with testing/parts requirements/procurements Perform monthly cycle counts Maintain safety and cleanliness of warehouse work areas Empty waste bins Clean work areas daily Clean shop floors Clean Demo equipment Clean aisles from debris Assist with facility maintenance General tasks, as needed Estimate for time spend on each activity: Shipping/Receiving 80% Warehouse/Inventory/General 20% SKILLS REQUIRED Good attitude and approach to the responsibilities and the Anritsu team Operate a forklift Ability to work accurately and safely Willingness to listen and learn, then express ideas for improvement Ability to create reports in Word, Excel or PowerPoint Computer literacy including MS Outlook and Internal Software(SAP) COMPETENCIES Excellent Organizational Skills Time Management Mathematical Skills Technical capacity Thoroughness REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION High School Diploma or experience At least 2 years of previous experience in Warehouse environment Working knowledge of shipping process such as DHL/UPS/Fed-Ex Certified forklift driving experience or equivalent Knowledge of Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) Some experience with SAP/Salesforce a plus Anritsu Infivis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M / F / Disability / Veteran For more about us, please visit our website at www.anritsu.com.
