Farnsworth Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician (onsite) in our Phoenix, AZ, office. Job Activities: Resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware and software issues Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues Provide employees with IT Orientation Configure and image laptops utilizing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune Assist with various IT projects as assigned Specific Requirements include: High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in IT or related field preferred 3-6 years applicable IT experience Ability to work self-sufficiently as part of a company-wide distributed team CompTIA A+ Certification preferred About Farnsworth Group Farnsworth Group is an award winning, employee-owned engineering, architecture, and surveying firm with more than 500 employees located in nearly 30 offices nationwide.
