Einstein is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join its growing FM team at Trappe Family Practice at Iron Bridge located at 17 Iron Bridge Dr Ste 150, Collegeville, PA. This practice is less than 20 miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia, Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia & the Montgomery Main Campus Hospital. Join us; make a difference.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Treating 2-3 patients per hour, all ages
- Collaborate with a team of 5 providers
- Managing/performing: Chronic health conditions/well checks/some telehealth visits
- Call: 1:5 - Weekend hours 8a-12p
- Board certified in Family Medicine
- Have or obtain PA license
