Job Description

The Product Owner will be responsible for taking lead of the scrum team to deliver a high-quality product to the business.

Duties:

o Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.

o Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the

project and create requirements.

o Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.

o Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.

o Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.

o Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on

those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

o Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.

o Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to

business value or ROI

Required Skills:

o Previous working experience as a Product Owner

o In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

o Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

o Excellent organizational and time management skills

o Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

o Creative thinker with a vision

o Attention to details
