Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pulling customer work orders in a timely and efficient manner and daily basis. Pick the work orders through various systems and pack the orders using different sizes of boxes and types of packaging. These processes will be done utilizing the motorized shuttle system, computer, packing paper machine, rolling cart, pallet jack, forklift, RF scanner, and various systems. Monitor daily backorder report and fill as new items arrive in stock.
  • Regularly communicate with and update numerous internal customers via phone, email and other electronic communication tools on updates regarding order fulfillment, parts requests, and delivery of both in a timely manner.
  • Maintain min/max levels of stock within the shuttle as well as packaging by following the direction of the manager or lead. Communicate with other warehouse employees to gather needed parts. Assist with the stocking and replenishment of packaging in a neat and orderly fashion for efficiency.
  • Assist with putting away, both systematically and physically all incoming items as they are received in a neat, organized manner while maintaining a professional-looking appearance of the warehouse and work area.
  • Back up the department with shipping, receiving, RMA's, and pick out as needed. Cross-train in other areas of the warehouse based on the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum 1-3 years warehouse experience, forklift
  • Oracle knowledge or another ERP knowledge is a plus
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
