Purpose : This position is part of the services engagement and readiness team, responsible for maintaining live/recorded webcasts and online/hybrid meeting facilitation services, technology components, processes, and strategies. Description : Manage educational video content webcast live or recorded on multiple channels including YouTube, Microsoft Teams, and Facebook. Record and publish webcast events from remote locations and in a studio. Edit, archive, publish, and produce media projects to meet complex and high-volume video and webcasting needs. Assist in setting up and coordinating live webcasts. Support multiple platform and access methods for staff and students. Ensure proper operation of webcast technologies including VPN connectivity support and local network connectivity for off-site video/audio services. Stay up to date on new and emerging technologies to improve existing services or create new solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Utilize tracking tools to accurately record work effort against current processes in a timely and consistent manner. Position may require periodic on-call duty outside normal business hours to ensure systems are operating as intended and time-sensitive deliverables are addressed. Top Skills : Technical support, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, desktop PC support, help desk support, software upgrades, IT support, service desk, hardware/software deployment, troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications : Mostly on-site for the first few weeks until comfortable with the environment, technology, end-user community, and organizational structure, then moving to a hybrid work schedule.
