- Maintains the databases used in Radiology on a daily basis, including; mismatch files, unread studies, IR consults processing, charge accuracy, etc.
- Maintains statistical data and assists with QA/QC activities as requested by the Director.
- Provides support for the physicians and radiology staff on the databases used in Radiology.
- Orders supplies, assists with new employee orientation and maintaining employee files, assists with scheduling patients for Radiology procedures.
- Maintains list of daily schedules for staff and patient appointment schedules in Epic.
- Observe professional ethics and HIPAA practices in maintaining confidentiality regarding Protected Health Information.
- Follow and enforce accepted safety practices. Safety training as required.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years medical office experience
