Community-based Gastroenterology
The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterology physician joining a community-based practice. Join us in transforming health care and connecting communities to the best of academic medicine as we provide exceptional care to diverse communities in the greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin region
OPPORTUNITY
- Full-time role based in the Milwaukee region
- Performance of colonoscopies, endoscopies, EGDs, and various other diagnostic procedures in partnership with anesthesiology services
- Average of 10-18 out-patient procedures per day
- In and out-patient support by advanced practice providers
- Robust support services and strong, collaborative teams in our Gastroenterology and Hepatology programs, including but not limited to liver transplant, colorectal surgery, and hepatobiliary surgery
- Healthy work-life balance with shared call schedule
- Hospital-employed position with a comprehensive benefits package inclusive of fully funded malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and sign-on bonus
- Highly competitive two-year initial guarantee salary with the ability to earn more through a RVU productivity model and quality incentive
- Current physicians are above the 90th percentile in productivity
