A bit about the API Team/Organization:
Our API team is experiencing exponential growth due to tremendous business demands and our ongoing need to modernize our core API Services.
The teams support the Credit Card business. We are the 'middle layer', fielding requests from customer facing "above the glass" applications and connecting/retrieving/updating data on the back-end mainframe systems through zOS connect. We are also in the midst of streaming much of that back-end data to NOSQL Cassandra. Our APIs will use intelligent orchestration to get the requested data as efficiently as possible.
