Description

Job Title: IQMS Intern

Department: Engineering

Reports To: Process Engineer

Duration of Internship: 12 weeks, with a possibility of extension

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled interns to join our dynamic team. This program is designed to offer students a hands-on learning experience in various aspects of enterprise resource planning, data analysis and reporting in a real-world manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on the development and deployment of our ERP software solutions.
  • Attend and contribute insights during team meetings, helping to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Enhance our products' design and functionality while working on real projects.
  • Develop job control sheets for each individual product range.
  • Verify Bill of Materials parameters with ERP system from actual manufacturing conditions.
  • Support day to day Bill of Materials modification requests.
  • Work with Process and Design Engineering Teams for modifying existing Bill of Materials and developing new Bill of Materials for new products.
Qualifications:
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Prior manufacturing internship desirable, but not required; trained in EHS standards.
  • Understanding of BOM, or Bill of Materials for manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of ERP system; IQMS preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Manufacturing process knowledge in Sand Casting, Injection Molding and Blow Molding is a plus.
  • Strong communication abilities and a propensity for teamwork.
