Position Summary: Join us as an IT Principal Software Engineer on our DevSecOps Engineering team in [Austin/Dallas/Hopkinton] to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
As a Full Stack Developer in the DevSecOps space, you will be a part of a team in a very fast paced, agile environment that requires strong technical ability, flexibility, sound judgement and creative thinking.
  • Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
  • Follow Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) standards and practices.
  • Leverage AI capabilities to build AI models and Engines.
  • Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
  • Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software

Qualifications:
  • Strong programming background with mastery skills in at least one programming language and like Java, .NET, Go or Python (preferred) and databases (MS SQL or Postgres preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework, Micro Services and application development.
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming & popular design patterns
  • Experience with Cloud Native Container platforms like Kubernetes, PCF/TAS etc.
  • 10+ years of software development experience including 3+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps in a professional role with a bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of AI capabilities like LLM's, Generative AI and knowledge of Embeddings & vector similarities.
