Are you looking for a flexible weekend position and fantastic co-workers? Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse to join our fun, friendly team This RN position will work with our home care and hospice patients who primarily live in Plymouth, NH and surrounding areas. At Pemi-Baker, we make it a priority to have a positive culture with a focus on kindness and teamwork. We are a small agency, which means we all work closely together to accomplish our mission.

Established in 1967, Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health is an innovative leader in Home Health Care, Palliative Care & Hospice Care. We are a local, independent, non-profit agency providing programs and services to meet the diverse needs of more than 30 surrounding communities in central and northern New Hampshire. Through the support of more than 50 employees and volunteers, the organization touches lives in a variety of ways: helping clients return home comfortably after surgery, strengthening someone's knee through physical therapy, or supporting families with advanced illness at home.

Certifications/Qualifications:
  • Current NH Registered Nurse license.
  • Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and well organized.
  • Willingness to travel in all types of weather conditions.
  • Must have excellent critical thinking and assessment skills.
  • Skills that are implemented on a regular basis are wound care, foley catheter insertion and removal, PICC line and IV dressing changes, wound vac dressing changes, ostomy management, venipunctures and pleurex cath drainage
  • Experience with both hospice and home care
  • Have availability for Friday - Monday shifts
