About this Role

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Native iOS Engineer to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join an agile and empowered team within the largest grocery retailer in the US, where you will directly impact millions of users through an innovative digital platform. You'll help build the best online grocery experience, focusing on delivering high-quality features and promoting best software practices in an inclusive environment. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about transforming digital retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement new features for the native iOS app.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve app performance and reduce technical debt.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers on product development and design iterations.
  • Work with Backend Engineers to integrate services and ensure seamless app functionality.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing large-scale iOS applications.
  • Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and XCode.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in e-commerce application development.
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
